You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and any additional fees incurred due to inaccurate information will be your responsibility.
7.Return and Refund
At Lush Luxury Label , we value your satisfaction and trust in the quality of our products. However, we recognize that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In such cases, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances for damaged (at the point of delivery) or lost parcels:
Damaged Parcels:
Inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.
Report any damage within 24 hours of receipt via email.
Provide clear photos of the damage and details of the affected items.
Upon verifying your claim, we will:
Arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
Issue a full refund for the damaged item(s) if a replacement is unavailable.
Lost Parcels:
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you promptly as soon as we become aware of it.
An investigation will be initiated immediately.
If the parcel remains unfound within 5 working days of our notification, we will:
Issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.
Exclusions:
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:
Change of mind purchases.
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or wear and tear.
Incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Unclaimed parcels
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser when a new piece is purchased from us.
This warranty is invalidated if you allow a third party to repair or attempt to repair any item.
In the event of a dispute as to the cause of damage, we reserve the right to send the Product to a mutually agreed independent third-party assessor to determine the nature of the defect. Only if their judgment indicates a defect in material or workmanship will we repair the item.
This warranty does not cover expenses incurred by you due to a lack of proper care of your product.
Please keep your proof of purchase documents as they will be required in order to procure warranty service in the event you wish to make a warranty claim.
Please notify Lush Luxury Lab within 24 hours of delivery in the event that you wish to claim a replacement for a defect.
